Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery (DVDOS) is currently seeking a board-certified veterinary dentist or veterinarian that has completed residency training to join our expanding, privately owned dental practice in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex.
DVDOS moved in 2018 to the newly constructed Animal Emergency and Veterinary Specialty Center in Grapevine, TX. We have a collaborative relationship with internists, criticalists, surgeons & rehabilitation, neurologists, avian & exotics, ophthalmologists, and dermatologists. Our location has high-tech equipment, including CT, to provide state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment for our client's furry family members.
DVDOS doctors are supported by an experienced team of customer care specialists, licensed veterinary technicians, a dedicated anesthetist and an exemplary management team. We support strong relationships with our referring doctors and offer frequent small group CEs to nurture current and build new relationships.

Hiring: Veterinary Dental Technician (VTS - Dentistry & Anesthesia)

Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery (DVDOS) is seeking a full-time VTS certified technician in dentistry or anesthesia, with a positive attitude and is a self-motivated team player to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified veterinary technician to work with an elite team of professionals. Specialty practice provides many opportunities to advance your skills through CE, as well as, on the job training in dentistry, anesthesia, and customer service. Our 4-day work week allows the opportunity for work-life balance.
DVDOS offers specialty veterinary dentistry for dogs and cats. Our dental specialty practice thrives on providing quality medicine (anesthesia, as well, as dentistry) and exemplary customer service. Our team members enjoy being part of an elite group who love making pets feel better.
The current position will most likely have a 4-day work week with no weekend or holidays. BUT you must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday if needed, without any restrictions. (If you have to be off work at a certain time, this job is not for you.) Sometimes we close at 6pm, and other times it may be 8pm.
Salary and benefit package are commensurate with experience.
Minimum requirements:
VTS certified in dentistry (or VTS eligible or in training)
Knowledge of anesthesia protocols
Knowledge of patient monitoring
Confidence in handling dogs and cats
Is a strong communicator
Has compassion and a strong work ethic
Positive and reliable with attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions but able to think “outside the box”
Outgoing personality, and a customer service friendly attitude
